THE PLACE WHERE EVERYTHING BEGINS AND ENDS·

Greenwich was born in the Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes in Altea, where the Mediterranean marks its own meridian. The name is no coincidence: here, just as with the line that divides the world into east and west, every dish starts from a fixed point — the product, the season, the sea — before being allowed to take its own course.

Heading the kitchen, Miguel Rivas translates that journey into a Mediterranean menu that combines technique and memory: rice, the grill, the product — taken a little further. He’s joined by Carlos Pérez at the stove and Fran Gómez in the dining room and cellar, two perspectives that complete the circle of the experience.
